Therapist

I am Unique, an LCSWA with a strong foundation in social work, holding a Bachelor's degree from UNC Pembroke and a Master's degree from Johnson C. Smith University. My approach to mental health and personal growth is deeply rooted in a trauma-informed and holistic perspective. I have honed my skills through crisis intervention, assessments, individual and family therapy, treatment planning, and psychoeducation on mental health disorders, all while maintaining a client-centered focus.

My expertise lies in helping adults grapple with anxiety, depression, communication skills, cognitive restructuring, and post-traumatic stress disorder. I've cultivated an eclectic therapeutic style, integrating Strengths-Based Therapy, Holistic Therapy, Person-Centered Approach, Humanistic Approach, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. With over two and a half years of experience working with diverse clients, my primary goal is to elevate your self-awareness, enhance your emotional intelligence, and promote emotional independence. Join me in this journey towards improved mental health and personal fulfillment.
