Reonetta Holliman, MA, LCMHCA

Therapist

Reonetta Holliman, MA, LCMHCA, is trained and experienced in counseling individuals, couples, and families working through relationship challenges, unhealthy family dynamics, depression, grief and loss, anxiety, stress, difficulty adjusting to changing circumstances, and other mental health concerns.

Reonetta does not believe in a "one size fits all" approach to counseling. She utilizes an integrative method, employing various counseling theories and techniques to customize a treatment plan as unique as the client's. Reonetta's holistic approach emphasizes the importance of getting to know each client and the multiple aspects of their current life, past, and hopes for the future that have guided their beliefs and decisions thus far.

Reonetta heavily draws on cognitive-behavioral techniques to assist clients in identifying and restructuring maladaptive thinking that has contributed to negative feelings and behaviors while emphasizing actions and circumstances that have supported a pathway toward goals and desires.

Reonetta is a native of North Carolina. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. She went on to earn a Master of Arts from Liberty University in Marriage and Family Therapy. In her spare time, Reonetta enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with friends and family, and reading.
