Zaynah has experience that includes, assessing and counseling adults and youth with diverse backgrounds and needs, including veterans and their families.

Zaynah provides individual therapy to people experiencing a wide range of concerns including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, relationship distress, parenting concerns, self-esteem issues, grief, stress, burnout, phase of life problems, trauma, career concerns, and issues related to setting goals and finding purpose.

Also trained in Christian Counseling and Zaynah has a passion for helping individuals create healthy relationships with themselves and others.

Zaynah is a graduate of Hampton University and North Carolina State University, where she received my Bachelors and Masters in Sociology. Zaynah also holds a Masters Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. In addition, Zaynah is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina.

Zaynah is a native of Pennsylvania and enjoys practicing self -care, spending time with her sons, and trying new recipes.
