Natasha’s therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and flexible, paying close attention to each client’s needs and goals. Fostering a balanced therapy approach, Natasha encourages people to connect with their inner voice, challenge their thinking, and discover new skills to cope and move forward. Her primary theoretical orientations include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Strengths-Based models. Using both mind and body connections, her approach is comprehensive and holistic treating each client uniquely. Natasha is committed to guiding people to their fullest potential in a safe and trusting environment, helping them overcome past and present feelings of shame, guilt, and inadequacy.

She works primarily with with young adults and adults who are seeking professional, personal, romantic, and/or spiritual guidance to help them feel more empowered and supported regardless of what challenges they may be facing. She has worked in both community-based mental health and private practice settings in the greater Charlotte area.

Natasha grew up in the green mountains of Vermont and has been in North Carolina since 2017. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree from Champlain College with an integrated studies and fine art focus.

She enjoys spending her free time getting out in nature with her family, reading, gardening, cooking various foods, traveling to the beach, and continuing her education.

Three of her favorite books include: “Codependent No More” by Melodie Beattie, “The Glass Castle” by Jeanette Walls, and “A Return to Love” by Marianne Williamson.
