Being happy is caused by regular and consistent engagement in feel good activities. We cannot occasionally engage in feel good behaviors and expect to stay happy long term.
Many of us are unhappy because we are unclear about what makes us happy or even what happiness means to us. This worksheet challenges you to define your idea of happiness. Identify an affirmation and positive quote that improves your mood. Along with identifying people, places and things that make you happy. Do something everyday that makes you happy.
