Yoga for Mental Wellness

Join us for a therapist led yoga class at Kaleidoscope Counseling.

This class will offer basic practices of breathwork, meditation, and movement with focus on finding balance (emotional and physical), alignment, mindfulness, and relaxation. This class is great as a part of any yogi’s personal practice, as well as those in mental health treatment looking for tools for grounding and mindfulness with an opportunity to practice.

Space is limited.

Meagan Bullock, LCSW will be hosting this class. She is a licensed therapist with a background is yoga therapy and trauma.
