Deciding to start the counseling process is an investment in your mental wellness. When considering the cost of our fees be sure to keep in mind the cost that your mental wellness has on your overall life and ability to function. Our goal is to help you be well.
We offer 50 minute sessions at a rate of $130 per session.
We accept HSA/FSA benefits to cover the cost of services.
We offer out of network billing to insurances that we are not in network with at Kaleidoscope Counseling. As a courtesy to you, we will submit out of network claims on your behalf.
Payment or co-payment for each session is collected prior to the beginning of each session. You will be charged the full fee of the counseling session for missed appointments unless you cancel within 24 hour notice. Appointments can be canceled via email or phone. Credit card, debit, cash or personal checks are acceptable methods of payment and we will provide a receipt for all fees paid. A fee of $30 will be charged for bounced checks.
