Geaneen L Moore
Geaneen L Moore is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed in North Carolina. Geaneen received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Bowie State University and her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Webster University.
Geaneen’s clinical experience includes working with adolescents, substance abuse, and mental health populations since 1997. Geaneen has worked extensively with individuals and groups with a focus on educating and skill building to enhance their functioning, health, and quality of life. Geaneen has worked in outpatient and inpatient settings, day treatment for adolescents, the jail and court systems as well as private practice. Geaneen has also worked in the school systems as a teacher working with adolescents with emotional and behavioral disabilities.
Geaneen is passionate about working with people of all ages as she tries to make a difference through a non-judgmental and empowering approach. She believes that counseling allows her the opportunity to be a support for those who want to improve their quality of life while working on building a foundation that is unique to the individual. Geaneen’s therapeutic styles consist of a combination of approaches: Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused and Reality therapy.
Janelle Fleck, MFT, LPC has 11 years of counseling experience passionately serving children, teens, families, and couples. Janelle graduated with her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Akron in Ohio in 2005. She has been fully licensed in North Carolina since June of 2015. Her career’s work has ranged from providing Outpatient Counseling services to children and families in community mental health settings, providing individual and couples counseling in private practice settings, and providing intensive home-based services to at-risk youth and families. She has also provided clinical supervision to newly licensed counselors for the last 5 years. Her greatest passion is for helping families heal and relationships recover from traumatic experiences as well as assisting at-risk youth through building resiliency.
Janelle’s approach to counseling draws from a combination of treatment modalities, including solution-focused, eco-structural, and emotionally-focused therapies. She views people always as “in relation” to one another, and this relational system as delicate and complex. She believes in focusing on strengths and resiliency factors, and helping individuals and families see those strengths and expand upon them. Janelle’s approach is individualized to meet the unique needs of each person, couple, or family and she takes the role of a collaborative partner in therapeutic process.
When not working, Janelle enjoys traveling to visit friends and family as well as exploring what the Charlotte area has to offer. Janelle also enjoys trying new restaurants, outdoor activities, and spending quality time with her close friends and her two cats.
Meagan Bullock MSW, LCSW is an Outpatient Therapist that specializes in working with teenagers and adults. She received her Master of Social Work degree from Virginia Commonwealth University where her studies focused on women’s issues and intimate partner violence. Utilizing therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Processing Therapy and EMDR, Meagan’s clinical work focuses on the mind, body and spirit connection. Meagan works with clients experiencing a range of challenges including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, mood disorders, childhood and adulthood trauma, life transitions, as well as other co-occurring mental health disorders.
Meagan applies the mind-body connection to her therapeutic approach by helping clients recognize how their thoughts and feelings resonate within their bodies and the impact they have on a person’s mental health, behaviors, and over quality of life. Meagan provides a safe and supportive, therapeutic space where clients feel empowered to achieve their goals and recognize their strengths and personal power. Meagan incorporates art, dance and yoga teachings to assist clients on their own healing journey.

Kristen Palmer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of North Carolina. Kristen obtained her bachelors and masters degree, in social work, from Rhode Island College School of Social Work. Her past experience includes working with adolescents dealing with depression, anxiety and behavior problems. Also, she has worked with adults and adolescent mothers who were dealing with substance abuse and mental health issues. Kristen is bilingual and works with clients who only speak Spanish.
Kristen helps people gain insight into the connection between thoughts and actions. Alternative methods are used for a holistic approach such as progressive muscle relaxation, guided imagery and controlled breathing. She believes in looking at people from a strength based focus and empowering them. She also enjoys working with people around self-esteem, and behavioral issues in school/home settings. Kristen is aware of the importance of looking at a persons social environment and the impact it may have on treatment. Kristen focuses on creating a non-judgmental, safe environment that people feel comfortable in.
Kristen grew up in the Northeast, where she enjoyed a good blizzard that would allow her to stay home, bake and snuggle on the couch with my dog.
